Parent – Teacher Interviews:  Teachers appreciate the opportunity to meet with parents to discuss student progress.  If you were not able to speak to your child’s teacher during our Progress Report Interview schedule and would like to do so, please contact the main office to arrange for a meeting opportunity.

Progress Reports:  Student Progress Reports were sent home on Tuesday, November 16th with all students.  If you did not receive your child’s Progress Report, please contact the classroom teacher.

Karen Kain School of the Arts Applications:  Is your child looking for an Arts-based learning experience?  Karen Kain School of the Arts is accepting applications for the 2022-2023 Grade 6 school year.  Please see the attached for further information

Voluntary Declaration of Vaccine Status – Students:  If a student would like to voluntarily declare their vaccine status, this can be done through the Health Screening Application or the Online Portal.  The status of a student would only be needed if it is necessary if a student is deemed to be a close contact of another individual who tested positive for Covid-19.  More information about voluntary declaration to the TDSB of a student vaccine status is available here.

Covid Forms:  Student Health Pass is available on the main landing page of the TDSB website.  More information about the daily health screening is available here

Back to School Confirmation Form – If a child is home or sent home from school with symptoms of Covid this form should be completed and brought to school on the first day of return.
