Stonegate Hamper Program
Our hamper campaign in support of Stonegate Community Health Centre will pair each class with a family in our community experiencing hard times. Grade parents will be provided with information about their partner families, as well as a list of items the families have said that they need. Your grade parents will provide you with more information about your partner family and coordinate donated items. We are so proud of our LKS community, and the generosity of spirit that this initiative reflects, on all your parts. Thank you in advance for your participation!
